Principles and techniques
This concept is based on the joint use of a 'spray device’ and the ’product': OB Spray and OB Espace disinfectant.
OB Espace disinfectant spray
Non-toxic and composed of H202 and H20 and a surface active agent, OB Espace disinfectant is vaporised in the form of an aerosol and sprayed by the OB Spray turbine at a speed of 80m/sand a temperature of 37°C.
The size of the particles (less than 5 u) of this dry vapour means that the sedimentation is slow and completely uniform for each surface treated, without dampness or corrosion.
The fact that the vapour has rapid degradation (over 99¨ %) and the complete absence of residue means that volatile organic compounds (COVs) are not formed.
Amplifying the action of OB Espace disinfectant
The combination of speed and temperature enables the ionization of particles and the degradation of peroxide in free radicals that are extremely oxidized (« superoxide ions) with a very short life span.
As the micro-organisms are very hydrophilic they have a BIOCIDE effect (completely bacterial, fungicide, virucidal and sporicidal).
This process consists of transforming a liquid (OB Espace disinfectant) into a gas that is ionized when it passes through the heated turbine of the vaporizer (OB Spray).
There are 3 steps :
1) Propelling OB Espace disinfectant
2) Amplifying the action of OB Spray
3) auto-destruction of germs
The combination of these 3 actions is essential. it ensures the efficiency and the rapidity of the process.
THE OB ESPACE DISINFECTANT
Non-toxic and composed of 202 and H20 plus an active surface agent, OB Espace liquid disinfectant is vaporized as an aerosol and propelled by the OB Spray turbine at a rate of 80m/s and a temperature of 37°C.
The size of the particles (less than 5 u) of this dry vapour means that the sedimentation is slow and completely uniform for each surface treated, without dampness or corrosion.
The fact that over 99% of the vapour decomposes rapidly and the complete absence of residue means that volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are not formed.
AMPLIFYING THE ACTION OF OB-ESPACE DESINFECTANT

ACTION
1. High –speed diffusion
The concentration of the main ingredient of OB Espace Disinfectant creates a ‘dry mist’.
2. Ionization of radicals
The Biocide effect (bactericide, fungicide, virucide, sporicide and pesticide) is increased.
3. Catalytic action of atoms of the catalyser
Increasing the speed of OB Espace Disinfectant’s action and the residual magnetism of nucleation during which each cell is transformed into crystal peroxide liquid. This is the notion of a ‘bactericidal mud’; each microorganism contributes to its own self-destruction (Cf. tests).
CHARACTERISTICS OF OB ESPACE DISINFECTANT AND OB SPRAY
1. ECOLOGICAL
100% biodegradable, not 99.9%, this product is non-corrosive with a complete absence of residue. It is not classed as toxic.
We offer the only organic hydrogen peroxide that is 100% biodegradable, nitrate-free and acid-free that does not generate new residues that can be even more harmful or dangerous.
It surpasses the standards imposed by the OECD directive no. 301B. It has zero ecotoxity according OECD directives 201 and 202.
2. ECONOMICAL
Only 1ml for 1M3
inter-changeable cartridges of 0.5l to 1litre.
No need to rinse after applying the product, gaining time.

3. FAST-ACTING
A 3-minute treatment is needed for an area of 50M3 with the advantage that the site treated can be used again after 10 minutes.
4. EFFICIENT
The small size of the disinfecting particles (5 microns) allows excellent volume saturation: each cubic CM of the site is treated (bactericide, fungicide, virucide, sporicide and pesticide). No humidity is formed and it is 100% BIODEGRADABLE.

Programming according to the volume to be treated (from 20 to 500M3) with automatic stop and the possibility to programme a delayed start.
6. PRACTICAL

TREATMENT AREA
Instructions :the solution is ready to use
intended for use with equipment that conforms to the OB SPRAY concept.
1. Remove the lid from the bottle
2. Insert the OB Spray pipette inside the bottle
3. Screw the bottle onto the outlet provided
4. Place OB Spray at the entrance of the room and direct the nozzle towards the area to be treated
5. Ensure that all humans and animals are evacuated
6. Plug OB Spray into 220 volts
7. Start vapour action
8. Do not enter the room for 10 minutes after the end of the treatment
9. Do not rinse or wipe after treatment
(e.g. for an area of 50M3, the vaporization time is 3 minutes)
